Promoted to Web Development Head at SRM Insider, leading onboarding for 20+ developers and mentoring a team of 8+ — cutting ramp-up time by 30% and boosting delivery velocity by 25%.
2025
First Professional & Research Experience
Completed a Machine Learning research internship at IIT (BHU), designing a Gaussian Process Regression pipeline that hit 0.993 R² and cut prediction error by 20%. Also earned my RHCSA certification and joined SRM Insider Community.
2024
Discovered Full Stack Development
Built my first production-style full-stack projects — including an Employment Website with JWT auth and role-based access — and strengthened my core CS fundamentals in DSA and system design.
